How do I cancel Premium?

Open Settings → Premium → Cancel. If you turned auto-renew on, this stops it. A pass without auto-renew just ends on its date and is never charged again.

Why is my selfie being checked?

We compare it with your main photo so everyone on Bie is a real person. Most are approved at once; the rest are looked at by a person.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, photos and chats are removed. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

How do I report or block someone?

Open their profile or chat and tap Report or Block. Safety tools are free for everyone.
